Empowering The Next Generation Of African Web3 Startups
The Blockchain Incubation Hub, powered by Lisk and CV Labs, is set to launch in July 2024. It will offer twenty early-stage African startups the opportunity to thrive and succeed in the dynamic world of Web3 technology.
Lisk’s Blockchain Incubation Hub, powered by CV Labs, is a comprehensive program tailored specifically for startups building on the Lisk protocol. Over the course of six months, participating startups will embark on a journey of growth and development, guided by industry experts and mentors.
Through a structured curriculum and hands-on support, startups will gain invaluable insights and skills to navigate the complexities of the blockchain industry and turn their innovative ideas into successful ventures.
Projects within the areas of Real World Assets (RWA), Decentralized Physical Infrastructure (DePin), Social Finances (SocialFi), and Decentralized Finance (DeFi) will be given preference, but all projects are welcome to apply and will be considered.
Joining Lisk’s Blockchain Incubation Hub offers selected startups unparalleled opportunities for growth and success. From access to Lisk grants and extensive support with business development within six months of courses, mentorship, access to Lisk grants, and comprehensive business development support, startups get a fast track to market readiness.

Program Structure
Lisk’s Blockchain Incubation Hub is a comprehensive 6-month journey divided into two distinct phases.
Block One
Focus on building a strong business case (approx. 8 weeks)
Learn about the Lisk ecosystem, develop a value proposition, conduct market research, and build a financial model. You will also refine your product concept and strategy, and prepare to pitch your project to investors.
Block Two
Focus on go-to-market strategy (approx. 12 weeks)
You will learn how to build a brand presence, foster a community, and develop marketing plans. You will also learn how to engage with investors and secure exchange listings for their tokens. The program culminates in a launch event and a final pitch to investors.
